Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 13, 2026

Welcome to US ALPHA Peptides. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the US ALPHA Peptides website, products, content, services, research materials, Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”), and related features (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Research Use Only

Products are sold strictly for legitimate laboratory, analytical, educational, and scientific research purposes only unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

  • Not for human or veterinary consumption or administration
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease
  • Not offered as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or household products
  • Not intended for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, recreational, or personal use

2. Purchaser Eligibility

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting; understand the research-only designation; possess appropriate knowledge, facilities, training, supervision, and safety procedures; will review available product and safety information; and will comply with all applicable laws.

You further agree not to use any Research Product for human or veterinary administration, or to mislabel, repackage, resell, market, or represent it for any prohibited purpose. We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect an improper, unlawful, unsafe, or prohibited purpose.

3. No Medical Advice

US ALPHA Peptides is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, medical practice, compounding pharmacy, or medical advisory service. Website content is for general informational and research purposes only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, dosing guidance, or a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions and specifications, but research information evolves and content may be updated. Images are illustrative and may differ from actual packaging or appearance. The purchaser must determine suitability for the purchaser’s lawful research application.

5. Certificates of Analysis

A COA, where available, relates only to the identified material, lot, batch, or sample and testing conditions. It is not FDA approval, authorization for human use, a safety determination, medical advice, or a guarantee of research results.

6. Research Articles and Third-Party Information

Links, summaries, citations, abstracts, or discussions of research are supplied for educational and research-reference purposes. Their inclusion is not an endorsement of a medical application and does not establish that our products are identical to materials used in a study, approved, safe, or effective for human use.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer and does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept or reject orders, request information, limit quantities, restrict jurisdictions, cancel suspected fraud or policy violations, correct pricing or listing errors, and discontinue products without notice.

8. Prices and Payment

Prices may change without notice. You must provide current, complete, accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method. Taxes, shipping, handling, and other disclosed fees may apply.

9. Shipping Returns and Refunds

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. The Shipping & Delivery Policy governs shipments, and the Refund & Return Policy governs cancellations, claims, replacements, returns, and refunds. Research products may be nonreturnable after shipment because integrity, storage, contamination control, and chain of custody cannot be verified.

10. Storage and Handling

Customers must follow product-specific storage, handling, safety, transportation, and disposal information. We are not responsible for deterioration, contamination, degradation, or loss caused by improper customer handling, storage, reconstitution, alteration, transfer, or transportation after delivery.

11. Prohibited Uses

  • Unlawful activity or fraud
  • Human or veterinary consumption or administration
  • Manufacture or preparation of an unauthorized drug or therapeutic product
  • Unauthorized medical or therapeutic claims
  • Interference with website security or introduction of malicious software
  • Infringement of intellectual-property rights or impersonation

12. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Branding, text, original graphics, layout, photographs, logos, and other proprietary materials may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without authorization except as permitted by law. Third-party materials remain their owners’ property. External links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or any particular research result or suitability for an unauthorized purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, US ALPHA Peptides and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Services or product misuse. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold those parties harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use, misuse, unauthorized handling, resale, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

15. Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for laws governing purchase, possession, storage, transport, research, and disposal. Product availability is not a representation that a product or proposed use is lawful in every jurisdiction.

16. Changes; Severability

We may revise these Terms. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
